The purpose of this event is three fold.
It is the celebration of local talent, including visual and performing arts,
that is designed to build community in the Airdrie area,
raise awareness of local hunger issues and
to raise funds for the Airdrie Food Bank operations.

Maxwell Realty Silent Auction will be held on April 17th at the Town and Country Centre. This is our largest fundraiser of the year so please mark your calendar to enjoy this evening of dinner, dancing and fun all in support of the Food Bank.
Tickets are $40.00 and will be available soon at the Food Bank. More details will follow. In the meantime, please check out http://www.airdriefoodbank.com/maxwell.htm to see details of last year's event.
· Beginning February 1, stop by any participating Optimum Wellness Centres, pick up a food bag and return it by February 11, 2009. In exchange for donations of food and or cash, Optimum Wellness Centres will be donating the balance billing portion of chiropractic revenues generated on that day to the Food Bank. Even if you do not currently require our services, everyone is welcome to stop by with food and or cash donations to create a heartfelt hug for those in need. Help make Valentine’s Day one for strengthening the heart of the community!
